Understanding the Roles of the Gym and the Booster Club
The gym and the booster club are two separate entities, each with its own responsibilities, structure, and focus. However, they work collaboratively to create a positive and supportive gymnastics experience for your athlete.

All American Gymnastics is responsible for the coaching, training, and athletic development of your gymnast. This includes scheduling practices, managing coaches, and determining athlete placement and competition readiness.

The Booster Club is a parent-run organization that supports the team through fundraising, organizing events, assisting with competition logistics, and enhancing the overall team experience through financial and volunteer support.

While their functions are distinct, the gym and booster club share a common goal: to provide the best possible environment for your gymnast to grow, succeed, and enjoy the sport. Clear communication and cooperation between both groups are key to a smooth and rewarding season.

Please see the graphic below for a breakdown of how these two groups differ and how they work together.
